The Ministry of Industry and Commerce required a sophisticated method to capture and analyze public satisfaction regarding their services across various physical locations. So I built an integrated hardware-software review system. It utilizes large, tablet-like touchscreen interfaces placed on-site to aggregate user feedback, which is then fed into a deep data analytics engine.
